When trying to swap my modem for my new Motorola MT7711 the Comcast support team is telling me they get this error - "Invalid MAC Address.Device not recognized"

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
