Inquiring about if I can get a credit to return an old modem that I have.
Generally not. Have you been paying for it? If it was on your account and you were paying for it, but are no longer using it, it needs to be returned to Comcast as it is their property.
@Again sent me a new modem as an upgrade for the same service. I have been holding on to the old one for a couple years now. And have been paying for it as well. Didn't realize I was doing so, nor remember that I still had it. So was curious if I could get reimbursed for what I have been paying for the old one.
user_9c71hy We are happy to apply the max adjustment we can offer after the device is returned. We can only go back the past 120 days of billing for credits, and we would be happy to make sure you can get them applied after it's returned.
