Modem question

Hello,

I set up my Gateway (XB7) yesterday and I have 5 CTDI CMTX devices that were previously connected to Gateway. Right now, the app shows five devices not connected. I don’t know what does this mean CTDI CMTX. The app shows the devices were last time connected two months before I got the gateway. So this is definitely not my devices.

Can I remove these devices using app or you have to do it on your end? 


Also, how can I return my old modem?

I recommend you visit our Digital Return Center (https://xfin.tv/3a6SXz7) and select the devices you would like to return. Then you can take the equipment to your local Xfinity store in your area, or we have an amazing partnership with UPS which makes returning equipment easier than ever! You can take the equipment to your local UPS store, and they will package up your return for you and ship it free of charge. Just be sure to get a receipt for your records and visit https://xfin.tv/3a8fD27 for the most up-to-date locations and store hours.
