Mobile activation issue

After being on the phone all day with agents from different departments, but still no one can explain how the sims and the phone can get activated if I did not received them

Hello @user_2cy7us we want to ensure you get the support you need for this activation. Have you requested that new SIM Cards get sent so that you can activate your phone? When you called, did you use 888-936-4968 to reach our Xfinity Mobile Team directly? Have you also tried to chat with our Xfinity Mobile Team via chat to see if they are able to help get you set up with new SIM Cards?
