Missing Xfinity Rewards offer: $830 Off 5G Phone

The Xfinity app is advertising an Xfinity Reward for $830 off an eligible 5G phone. The offer is open to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Reward members who are new Xfinity mobile customers.

I am a Diamond Xfinity Rewards member and would be a new mobile customer, but when I go to my rewards, the offer is not there.

I've chatted with 3 reps to try to get the promo code, but none of them were able to help. One even told me the offer expired even though it is still being advertised and expires 12/5.

Is there a representative here that can help?

Update:

I messaged support on the forum on 11/28 and they opened a ticket for me.

As of 12/16, I have yet to receive a response from Xfinity regarding the ticket. The promo expired 12/5 btw.

I won't be going with Xfinity Mobile and will be switching my Internet provider, because Xfinity's customer service has been abysmal (other than the forum support) while their competitors offer a better product at lower prices.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

I have same issue . Spent 2 hours call with customer service and no help.

We are platinum member and wanted to buy iPhone 15 using the reward $830 off but it’s missing in our reward .

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

They’re useless.  They try hard to lose your business.  That’s how their system and call center works.  They are by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with!
