Missing Router

Hello, 

I have been a customer of xfinity for about three years now, and I recently attempted to inform Xfinity that I would be moving soon so that they would update my information. However, after a few other complications, I came to find that my new router box went missing after it was seemingly delivered to my new address while I am still living at my soon to be old address. My roommate and I currently went to visit the new property only to find that my new router was either not delivered or has been stolen. I have gotten into contact with some xfinity employees beforehand for a separate issue, and they did state that I was delivered a new box and it is currently activated. I was wondering what I am meant to do now, is there anyone I need to get into contact with, will I be granted a new box, is there anyway to turn off the missing box?
