Missing Disney+/Hulu promotional bundle entitlement on Gigabit plan (Backend Sync Issue)
Hi, I need assistance from the digital corporate team to resolve a backend provisioning error on my account.
My contract explicitly states that I have the "Disney+, Hulu Bundle (must activate)" included with my service. It specifies that this promotional bundle ($12.99/mo value) is valid as long as I subscribe to a Gigabit or higher tier of Xfinity Internet, which I currently do.
However, my Hulu app is now giving me an error stating, "You no longer have an active subscription". When I log into my account on the website, the Disney+/Hulu activation banner has completely disappeared from my subscriptions dashboard.
Standard phone support has been unable to locate the hidden code, but I know this requires a manual re-sync/re-provision of the bundle entitlement to my Xfinity ID. Could an official employee please open a backend technical ticket to restore the "Activate" container to my account dashboard? Thank you!

Hi there, and thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. With streaming services, there are no hidden codes. We should be able to see if it is part of your package and available instantly. We would be happy to go over the account and see what's going on.
Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
