missing cover on box in yard

Hi. I have been trying to get a missing cover replaced at my resident for almost a year. I have had several ticket numbers, but no one has come out to do anything. I have even gone to our local Xfinity store. A new ticket was created, but again, no response. How can I get this taken care?
