Missing Coax Cable/Cord for Router

Hi, I have been using wifi in my current apartment (they have coax cable already), so the technician didn't give me a coax cable. But now I am moving to the new place, the new place does not have a cable (only the socket). Therefore can I request a coax cable or cord that connecta the router to the socket? It should not be any cost or fees because it should have been included in the kit right? Let me know! Thanks so much for helping me.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for stopping in for help with the coax cable to connect your XFi gateway. The fastest option to get any of the needed wires/cables for your connection, like an Ethernet cable or coax, would be to stop into any Xfinity store location near you. There is no charge, and they can help make sure you have enough to get to your connection point. Check out stores near you here using our store locator.

Any Xfinity retail store will have what you need. You can even make an appointment to get you in and out faster.
