Hello, @user_41vler thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and understand wanting to get a coax cable if one didn't come in your getting started kit. The quickest way to receive one would be to go to a local Xfinity Store if there is on close, they will have coaxial cables available.
To find the nearest store and hours of operation you can enter your address here: https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers . From experience, I know stores can be busy there is a great option to schedule a visit to help save time if a store is near for you to visit.
I would also have the option to ship you out coaxial cables as well, and wanted to help get the proper expectations set up that standard shipping is 3-5 business day and there may be a charge associated with sending the cable(s) out.
Please let me know what option sounds best for you, I look forward to hearing back from you.
