Missing channels

user_ohhyyl Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. You should have the same access on all TV boxes. I would recommend trying to restart the primary TV box, as it connects the signal to the other boxes, or try restarting your modem if you have wireless TV boxes in the other rooms. You can also use the Xfinity app/website to run through troubleshooting steps to detect and resolve any communication issues.
