Missing $100 promotional card
When I signed up for internet I was promised a $100 promotional card. After waiting for the required service period (I believe it was 6 months) I got some emails stating that my 100$ card had been shipped out and with links to an incentive tracking site: https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/ . The tracking site shows that my card was sent out. However, the card never showed up. I have tried calling numerous times to the incentive help number(1-800-636-2680), but engaging with the automated phone system gets me nowhere. If I try to talk to a live agent, I get put on hold with no one ever coming and picking up the line. It has been months now and I still have not seen the card show up.
I am trying to get the card reissued and sent out to a new mailing address. Any help is appreciated
