Misinformation and lies

I spoke to a representative who provided false misinformation regarding a internet plan. After being unable to access the features that came with the package i reached out to customer service again and spoke to a representative who ensured me they were escalating the issue and i would receive a call back. I never got a call, so today i called back to follow up and the agent explained at this time “I’m sorry that you were lied to, but i don’t want to lie to you that package does not include the add ons. I talked to a manager named James who offered me a statement credit and advised they would follow up with a solution to the issue and AGAIN no call back and they didn’t credit my account. I would like someone to pull the calls and honor what was offered and promised to me by YOUR representatives.  This has been a horrible experience and there has been a complete lack of ownership/resolution and support me of your representatives even went as far as to blame me. You representatives are allowed to provide false information and therefore i agreed under false pretenses.
