Military Rewards Prepaid Card
I still haven’t received my prepaid card the status says July 17th but still nothing. I’ve called ( which is the worst service experience ever), chatted and still haven’t received anything. I was told the issue was escalated and I would receive a response from Xfinity but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any update or response yet.
I’ve been a customer for 25 years and never had issues but these last couple of years Xfinity has really been a huge nightmare to deal with. It is impossible to get a response to your question or help with any issues after spending an hour plus on the phone, so disappointing.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
