Method for printing Hard Copy of Chat Posts

To print a copy of a chat you want Hard Copy to save follow the directions below.   All chats are found under the chat icon and will be saved.

1: Open Chat icon.

2: Find person (left side) and select.

3: Mouse to inside of box for first message. Hold mouse button to highlight all messages to last one.

4: Now right click mouse while on last highlighted message and choose "Print".

5: When all pages appear just choose the page numbers you wish to print. You may have more than one chat to the specific person. No need to print all.

You should be able to find all chat messages you made in the past.

I copy every chat session into an email and send it to myself.  I used to do screen shots when I had to argue about what was said in chat session some years ago.

In the upper right of the screen here, you should a square icon (Chat icon), bell icon (shows latest replies to your post(s), and your personal icon

Just click the icon to open it.

Since this is your first post you will not see it yet. You need to post on the forum a few times to get the icon. A Comcast employee can get it to show if they want you to send them personal information. It is a forum violation to use the chat icon here without getting permission first.
