Membership Rewards is totally broken

Whenever I go to access "new" rewards Thursday AM (EST), there are no new rewards to be seen. Then I get a notification next day about the reward, and it's there, but already sold out. I think the only thing Xfinity is actually "providing" now is sweepstakes entries and JPEGs I could get anywhere else. So stupid.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies to see if that makes a difference?

The new rewards are such a regression. You can never get the rewards you actually want and they are sold out immediately
