Member Rewards: Xfinity thinks that I have been a member for years less than I actually have.

Xfinity thinks that I have been a member since only 2018 (8 years) when I have been with Xfinity since at least 2013 (13 years). Due to this the member perks that I get are only for platinum tier and not the diamond tier. The only reason that I can think that this would happen was when I moved in May 2018, but I know that I kept my old account and just moved from one place to the other. Last I checked that would not constitute the membership tiers to think that it was a new account, unless the representative that assisted me messed up. Can an Xfinity associate please check this for me?

Same thing happened to me- I was just told I have only been a member since 2022, which I know is wrong.
