Member Benefits

What happened to what used to be called "Rewards"?

It appears it has been changed to "Member Benefits" and the change is extremely disappointing

Previously, when the download of a movie was offered that was "yours to keep", it was available for download all week.  Now, the movie downloads "run out" in less than 24 hours and all that is left are "opportunities" to enter contests or offers of 25% off the purchase of something.  How do you now "run out?

Why was it necessary to change this?

I am a Diamond level member of 43 years and the only benefits available to me are coloring sheets to download and the opportunity to pay $1 to watch an old movie

Boy, I really feel appreciated

Yes I do see the offers but the ones I want say "member favorites - all gone".

That has been the status since at least 8 hours ago.

In the old program, Rewards, I could download a movie to keep for the whole week.  Nothing was ever gone less than 24 hours since dropped

This is most likely attributed to that specific promotion or offer, not meant to be a reflection of all offers moving forward. Changing from "Xfinity Rewards" to Xfinity Membership" was done to provide a more inclusive and seamless experience for customers at every tenure tier.
