Max Streaming

I can’t access my max service, it keeps asking for us to subscribe, but we are subscribed? Its been 2 hours trying to get an agent on the phone

Hey @user_bu51gf, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist with the MAX subscription concerns. Do you currently have access to the MAX channels using the Xfinity X1 set-top boxes and Xfinity Stream App? 

 

One important factor when attempting to sign in the MAX app, is the use the Primary Xfinity ID as the other secondary IDs will not work. Have you confirmed that the Primary Xfinity ID is being used as well?

@rogika  Thanks for trying the suggested troubleshooting step my colleague shared. What is the error message/code you get when you try to log in? Did you by any chance try using a different device? What about your app, does it have the latest software update?
