For marking underground lines, you’ll want to contact 811 (Call Before You Dig). That’s a free nationwide service that notifies all utility providers, including Xfinity, to come out and mark their lines on your property.

You can either call 811 or submit a request online at Call 811. Once the request is submitted, technicians will come out and mark the lines, usually within a few business days.
