Ok sure thing - I am in Asia for the next two months and need to cancel my Xfinity internet plan as I have switched ISPs.

I don't need to move service or pause it. Just need to cancel it and cannot call the number without being charged international calling rates.  I also cannot go to an Xfinity store as I don't think there are any in Shanghai. I can have my friend go to my house to retrieve any hardware required to be returned.

Please advise.

Your topic was moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance. A representative will reply to you here shortly.
