Make a complaint about an agent

Yeah there's no way to make a complaint about an agent. I'm having an issue where I have my internet speeds slow along with services cutting out randomly. Spoke with an agent named "harsh" and he insisted my issue was resolved even tho it wasn't and ended the chat prematurely. Xfinity has the most garbage customer support.

  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Yeah that was already done and left on read. And when you say "Me" thats XfinityJohnG not generic support that won't answer back.
