Major problem

The last 2 years I have had problems with my internet speed. I have had multiple techs out and nothing ever fix. Im tired of dealing with this. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed and never getting anyone to solve the problem. I stead they just bounce me around from person to person. I have asked to to have it brought up to the executive office and have them reach . I was told it would take 48 to 72 hours and I would hear from someone. Well never happened and im finally done. I canceled my cable already now im looking to get rid of the [Edited: "Language"] Internet as well.
