Main Line Problem

My neighborhood has been experiencing unreliable service for over 3 months.  I've called too many times to count and had 3 technicians come out to all say that it's the main line.  Just called again and was cut off (strange how that happens).  Each time the technician comes out they indicate they have 14 days to to fix the problem and yet it's been months with no resolution.  Internet is down 15-20 times per day.  I live in a retirement community and connectivity is very important for our members.

I need someone to fix the mainline and stop asking to troubleshoot something that has  already been done multiple times.  I also don't you to send a technician out for a 4th time to troubleshoot a problem when you already know the problem is your line.  I need you to fix the problem you told me would be fixed in 14 days and it's been months.
