We're unfortunately not able to resend a paper bill, but there are a number of other ways to make a payment which can be found on our support page covering how to make a payment on your Xfinity account. There's also a possibility that delivery may have been delayed due to the recent holiday, and may still be on the way. Please let us know if you need further assistance!
