mail transfer

Only one of my email accounts transferred over to Yahoo. Three others I can't find in either place. Anyone else have the same issue? What is the phone number for customer support?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us today. When trying to transfer the secondary users, you would need to sign in individually to do so. Have you tried that?

I cannot get to the mail page. I cannot see any mail anywhere. The mail login page tells me to go to Yahoo. They are no help.

No. Perhaps when the one account was moved by the person who I have on the account, it canceled any other moves and erased the rest of the other accounts. I'm thinking there somewhere but I have no idea where.
