Mad beyond mad!
I have internet and mobile service through Xfinity and I’ve been a customer for almost 10 yrs!! Today I called Xfinity to have my mobile service disconnected because I am struggling financially like never before. I owe a month of service $48.57 and it’s past due, because I owe that Xfinity customer service told be they couldn’t disconnect my service until I’m paid in full… WHAT??? That’s illegal and you cannot deny someone a disconnection because they have a past due amount owed. That’s crazy that you want to continue racking my monthly bill up when I am already financially struggling!!
