Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_kqmjwe. The customer service number is 1-800-Xfinity or 1-800-934-6489. We can also assist you here with any account or service issues.
I was able to reach them today using 1-800-934-6489 and repeatedly expressing I wanted Customer Loyalty and a live agent (Xfinity always tries to send you to their worthless automated support). I've also seen online that 1-800-266-2278 is supposed to be a number for Customer Loyalty. Don't get your hopes high though. None of Xfinity's Customer Service is what it used to be. All Customer Loyalty told me was the cold hard truth nd reality that xFinity can do and say whatever they like, while customer's are held to a Much higher standard. The company is simply not what it used to be. Don't ever count on them providing you good customer service (unless it's a service tech), so my suggestion is get minimal services like internet only, and then shop around for streaming and tv packages that are cheaper anyway (and have better customer customer)
We are all one team and due to scheduling the names can switch, to get started so I can locate your account, please verify your name and complete address

@user_wap0kh agreed. You're lucky if 1 in 20 agents is polite and/or knowledgeable, including the loyalty/retention department. Ethics are no longer a concern to Comcast xFinity. They will outright directly tell you that.
I have been a customer for over 28 years, never used anyone else. I have called each year to see if I can receive better pricing and I have been shamed and belittled saying that I could go somewhere else or cancel coverages if I wasn't happy. I have basic internet and intermediate cable with no premium options. Last night I phone 8 times. 4 were received in India, 3 in Mexico and 1 in the U.S. All thanking me for my loyalty but none able or willing to reward me for my loyalty. I really don't want to subscribe to different offerings (Amazon, Netflex, Disney, Peacock) as it is cumbersome and sometimes confusing to get from one to the other but according to the rep's they see that as the only choice I may have.
Back in the day, "ma bell" was broken apart as they threatened to become a monopoly. What is the difference now between them and cable/internet now. Communities have to approve the companies that can provide service but they usually only have one, plus AT&T limiting choices as well. Xfinity knows that in most cases they are the only choice and they manipulate that to there financial benefit without regard to their customers. I am not opposed to them making a buck, but they are taking in all the money and spending their proceeds in other countries.
