Loyalty department promises
To the Xfinity Billing and Legal Department,I am writing to formally dispute an ongoing billing error on my account. I am documented this via your formal "Notice of Dispute" channel because your standard loyalty department has failed to correct my billing.Issue Summary:Three months ago, I spoke with your Loyalty Department and was promised a monthly rate of $63. Despite this agreement, I am still being charged $87 per month.Requested Correction:Apply Promised Rate: Immediately update my account to the agreed-upon $63 monthly rate.Issue Refund/Credit: I have been overcharged $24 per month for the last 3 months. I am requesting a total credit of $72 to be applied to my account balance.Please provide written confirmation once this correction and credit have been processed.
