Lowering Bill

Hello

I would just like to reduce my services and lower my bill.  When I tried to do that I got a lower bill by 10 dollars and in my opinion about 100 dollars loss of service.  It seems like there is just no way to Lower my bill keep some of the services I like and reduce the channels and internet I dont want.  I dont feel I should have a bill of over 300 dollars.  The customer service people that have tried to help me lower push the cell phone service and cant really help me trully reduce my costs.  I have been a comcast customer for 30 years and love comcast but I am truly disappointed.  If anyone can help please let me know what I need to do.

Took 2 hrs to just get basic info from me. Unfortunately it was late into the late evening and I had to go.  Left unresolved.
