Lower My Monthly Bill

I need to lower my monthly bill, I have called and was told that the current bundle I have is the best I could do, the cable bill is the largest bill I have. I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for well over 20 years. If I can lower the bill I will need to switch Providers, I'm on a fixed income and can't continue to pay the costs. Can someone please help?

I clicked on to sign into my account but there is no sign in, and then I just clicked the Plan Builder site and nothing is coming up. I appreciate your help I really don't want to switch I have been with Comcast for 20+ years but I just can't continue with the cost

@susanmm2 , you would be making sure you are signed in to our main site at https://www.xfinity.com/ . I am sorry if that was not clear. We can also check your options manually if you prefer! If you want to go that route, by all means, please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address to get started. Thanks!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
