low hanging wires

I submitted a ticket about low hanging wires in my driveway.  While I was at work today, someone from Xfinity came out.  I never got a response and no one has contacted me about the ticket that I submitted.  We just got a new camper that can't go under the wires.  It is a safety hazard for us to park our camper.  All of my information is in the 2 tickets that I have submitted and I have not received a response from either request.  Please advise on how I can get these very loose and low wires raised so it is no longer a safety hazard.
