Low hanging wire

I’ve been trying to report a low hanging Xfinity wire in my back yard for weeks but I cannot seem to get through to an actual human being and it is beyond frustrating. I just need to schedule a day/time for someone to come by my house and inspect the wire. It’s ridiculous how difficult it is to speak to an actual human being at such a large company. We do not want to talk to robots, they are not helpful. What kind of customer service model is this????
