Low hanging service wire across my driveway

The service wire that hangs in front of my house by the road between poles running over my driveway has gotten so low that no delivery trucks can get onto my driveway. At this point I can even reach up and touch it.  Larger vans hit it and you can see in the wire where it keeps getting damaged.

Last two times I had furniture delivered the trucks even got hung up on the wire, this last time the delivery company was going to contact you but there has been no response.

Over the last several years it just keep getting lower and lower.  I have contacted you a couple times over the years, someone comes looks at it but nothing is ever done to actually raise the wire back up.

Am I expected to live with this?

I live on a busy road so when delivery trucks can't get on my driveway they are forced to park in the road which is dangerous and causes traffic to get backed up.   I have projects later this year and next year which will require larger vehicles to get onto my property, what am I suppose to then?   Stand out there with a stick and manually hold up the wire?  That's what my neighbor did, doesn't seem safe to me.

Calling you and opening a service ticket doesn't seem to get this resolved.   Who do I contact to actually get this resolved?

Attached are few pictures.  One showing a smaller delivery van that hits the wire while leaving my driveway, one showing how I can reach up and touch it and another of my neighbor on his driveway pushing it up with broomstick because a dumpster they had couldn't fit.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
