Lost the right to my $100 gift card, tracker says I'm disconnected???

I started my Xfinity internet service earlier this year, in late April, and I was offered the $100 gift card from Amazon as long as I kept my plan for 90 days (as of today, it's been over 100 days). I checked at the incentive tracker as of the past couple of weeks and it said that my est. qualification date was Aug 6th...up until yesterday, as it changed from that to "Disqualified-Disconnected". It's impossible that I'm disconnected because I'm literally posting this using my Xfinity wifi. Not only that but my account is active and my payments are always on time (often even in advance). My only other theory would be that it stopped counting when I moved to a different apartment, but I kept my plan, I updated my account and moved/activated my modem first thing as I settled. I double-checked my account and it's active and normal.

Is there anything I can do about it, or any way for me to get my reward?

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing what’s been going on — we can see how frustrating it would be to meet all the requirements for a reward, only to have the tracker suddenly show you as “disqualified.”

The most likely reason this happened is that when you moved, the system may have read it as a service disconnection and restart, even though you kept your plan and account active. This can sometimes cause the reward eligibility to reset incorrectly. Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a direct message, you must be signed in.
