Lost some of my channels

Need to speak with a human , lost some of my channels. Had an appointment on the 19th with tech but Comcast cancelled it for no reason

Did you recently make any plan changes then the channels went missing? What specific channels are no longer being displayed and do you also see any error code/messages populate?

We made no changes to our service. We had a technician scheduled to come out Saturday, but Comcast cancelled it for no reason . All of my HD channels are gone .

user_1914fe HD and SD are all built into your lineup, so if there was no change there, it may be an issue with the box or account features. How are you trying to view your HD channels? Are you using one of our X1 boxes or the Xfinity Stream app?
