Lost at FEDEX?
My new phone has been "stuck" at a FEDEX center since

I tried Xfinity Mobile Chat and all I got was. well nothing. It shows shipped but no delivery date, I tried Fedex, I could not understand the person but I think her answer was pretty much I don't know. It does not have a delivery date
I told the Xfinity chat person what if I just cancel the order? He said to refuse the package. Refuse the package that seems to be lost. I thought I'd try here since nothing else is working, I guess I can dispute it with the credit card company. 4 unlimited phone lines plus [Edit: Language] expensive internet and no one seems concerned about a missing phone.

To report a damaged, lost, or stolen delivery, please give us a call at 1-888-936-4968 as soon as possible. Don't file a claim with the shipping carrier. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may require you to submit a police report or other documentation to support the claim. We’ll keep you informed on the progress of our investigation by email.
