Lost at FEDEX?

My new phone has been "stuck" at a FEDEX center since

I tried Xfinity Mobile Chat and all I got was. well nothing. It shows shipped but no delivery date, I tried Fedex, I could not understand the person but I think her answer was pretty much I don't know. It does not have a delivery date
I told the Xfinity chat person what if I just cancel the order? He said to refuse the package. Refuse the package that seems to be lost. I thought I'd try here since nothing else is working, I guess I can dispute it with the credit card company. 4 unlimited phone lines plus [Edit: Language] expensive internet and no one seems concerned about a missing phone.

To report a damaged, lost, or stolen delivery, please give us a call at 1-888-936-4968 as soon as possible. Don't file a claim with the shipping carrier. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may require you to submit a police report or other documentation to support the claim. We’ll keep you informed on the progress of our investigation by email.

When you contact our Xfinity Mobile team, they will provide you with any additional informaiton if possible on the request @sakconx. I recommend contacting our Xfinity Mobile team as soon as possible by calling/SMS 1 (888) 936-4968. They will be able to submit a damage or missing package claim and provide any additional next steps. I apologize that we are unable to assist further as we do not handle these types of Xfinity Mobile issues. You would need to call our Xfinity Mobile specialist to get this matter taken care of.

Your Xfinity mobile was no help. They just keep saying "It's on it's way" Now I see the new phone is already on my billing
