Lost all TV service after upgrading my Internet plan
Yesterday I upgraded to a new Internet plan. As soon as that was done I lost all of mt TV service with Xfinity. I contacted Xfinity support via chat. They said it would be fixed in 1 hour. That was 12 hours ago. Still no TV service. I have a TiVo with a cablecard. Past experience with Xfinity has shown that a lot of their support people don't understand how to support a cablecard. Is there a way for me to contact support and actually talk to a live person?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
