Loss of ABC - Refund Expected

When will I receive a refund and or credit to my account due to Xfinity no longer honoring our contract by not providing access to ABC.  I'm not going to purchase an antenna, Hulu or anything else.   I am already paying you people for this network.

While we understand there is frustration over this situation, specific channels aren't locked in on agreement and subject to change. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. Huh.  So, Scripps wanted more money than you are willing to pay?  Comcast wants fair pricing, etc.  Funny stuff that.   Your customers feel like you do everytime we receive our monthly bill which has increased for no reason.   Now, you haven't answered my question.   ABC is among the networks in my channel lineup.   You're not providing me access.   Who do I contact for some kind of refund?  I'd email Tom Karinshak but I'm going to assume that his inbox is exploding.

It is ridiculous that two giant corporations have to having a [Edited: "Language"] contest over broadcasting abc. This is one channel of a local broadcast that I have been watching for over 50 years. How much money do you need? We currently pay an exorbitant amount money every month for the services that we have.  You are not the only game in town. If you are not going to carry abc - which is about 20 percent of what we watch everyday - we should be able to expect our current bill reduced by 20 percent to make up for the loss of coverage. I am not the only one in our neighborhood that feels this way. You are gambling on even bigger losses to your revenue if this continues.

I am a longstanding Comcast/Xfinity customer and I find it concerning that I no longer have access to ABC, particularly because the company claims to want to keep prices down.  I'd like to know if there are ongoing negotiations because the is unacceptable.  My monthly cost is $300+ (which is high) and they can't provide these regular channels 10 and 20 on my service.  Or is the company just getting to big and money hungry that they can't figure out how to pay ABC and keep costs reasonable.  As asked by other customers, will we be refunded for this loss?

I look forward each morning to watch World News Tonight, I wake about 2:00 am, but not this morning, will I be refunded, will they come to some kind of agreement? I am ready to cut everything off.

Agreed. Abc is a normal station and we should not be cut off from that station. I hope this gets resolved soon. Xfinity customers are real unhappy
