Losing connection constantly
This is the WORST! You guys disrupted service for two weeks to SUPPOSEDLY improve service in my area. And SUPPOSEDLY you are done. Since then all that has happened is I constantly lose connection every few minutes. Others in my area are also complaining of the same issue. What is going on? For what you charge a month, I think I should be able to expect a better, more reliable product.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
