Looking to upgrade to XB10 modem

I have 2.5 gig connection. In the augusta ga area zip 30909.  I was told to go to my local office has the modem but they are not in stock. Can anyone mail this modem to  address?

user_mpdpex The XB10 is only an option if you are in what we call a FDX area or Symmetrical speeds. What we can do is check out your account to see if you are in that type of location. Please send us a DM with your full name and complete service address. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Go to the website and search for random cities as if you were moving there as a new customer and see what internet deals they have available. If the have speeds like 2Gig up/ 2Gig down, the Xfinity stores near or in that city will have the XB10 in stock.
