Looking to have my cable lines buried to my house

I am currently in process of having the power lines buried to my house, and found out that cable will have to be buried independently.  I am in need to bury my lines because DTE will be removing the pole for the power.  I live in Southeast Michigan.  I heard you can send a direct message via this forum, is that correct?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon XfinityJorge, I did also reach out to that Domain (XfinitySupport) yesterday with all of that information.  Maybe they don't answer on the weekends?  I'll check back tomorrow afternoon and see if there is a response from them, thank you.
