patriciusp, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I have needed proof of residency before, so I can understand the concern with wanting to add your spouse's name on the bill. You've come to the right place. We are a team of experts who specialize in resolving billing concerns over social media. We can help. Do you want to transfer the account into your spouse's name, or do you just want to add your spouse's name? If you want to just add your spouse's name, we can add it to the bill to address so it will show both of your names. You will also want to add an XFINITY ID with the manager role on the account, like in this link here, If you want your spouse to have access to certain things, like paying bills, adding or canceling services, and using Xfinity apps.

Hello @patriciusp, the second name can be added as a responsible party on the bill. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
