Looking for a better price on 2 Gig Internet

Hi, I’m currently an Xfinity customer paying $71 per month for my 1 Gig internet plan. I noticed there are currently promotions for 2 Gig internet at a much lower price for new customers. I’d like to know if there are any loyalty offers, discounts, or promotions available for existing customers that would allow me to upgrade to 2 Gig while getting the best possible monthly price. I’d prefer to stay with Xfinity if you can offer me a competitive deal. Thank you!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click “Sign In” if necessary.
  2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
  3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
  6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
