Long time Customer for 20 plus years

I see that you are giving new customers 2 months of free internet.  How nice.  What about your LONG TIME customers who are unemployed?  Don't we count?  We have been your bread and butter.  I need some type of discount on my bill and I need it now.

That’s Internet Essentials for low income people in a pandemic, to help as many people stay connected as possible. A $10/month savings. I’m sure it won’t be hard for any employee to give you the same $20 credit.
