I need help changing my wifi password because all my devices isn't connecting my kids can't do their homework

@user_mm561z Our main Xfinity Assistant chat through the website and Customer service line at 1-800-934-6489 are the main live direct contact with us. But will require you to maneuver the robot support to connect to the right team. 

 

Otherwise, our team here on Forums are all live agents, but the communication would be more similar to an email conversation. We would be happy to help you if you want to let us know more information about what you need assistance with.
