Live chat NEVER available
I have tried for a month to connect to an agent over both chat and messenger, yet conveniently there is never one available. I saw an answer on here about a direct message icon, but I don’t have one at the “top right of the page” as suggested. Someone from Xfinity please help me! I need to chat because I cannot use my voice due to health reasons. I’m very close to canceling all services due to lack of customer service.
