Live Agent-Data Usage

I need to connect with a live agent. The AI takes me in circles, without ever connecting me. 
I received a message 3 days ago that I had used 75% of my data. Yesterday it was 90%. Today I had gone over my usage. There is no way I used 75% of my data in 25 days, then used over 25% in less than 4 days. Nothing was different about those days, I wasn’t even home 1 day. 
I need a daily data usage for my account over the last 3 months. Not a monthly total, I need daily numbers. If you can claim I used that much data in 4 days I need the daily proof of that.
