When I went to try the Xfinity chat to see about a payment extension, it doesn't load, just three dots. Not on mobile, not on Chrome, not on Edge, not on Firefox, clear cache, re installed the app. Tried calling, and am stuck on an endless automated loop. Can anyone help.
