  I need my service restored, I paid 50$ of the 70$ I owed. Now I will go down to the branch in a few days to pay the rest hopefully. user_5cddse Thanks for the additional information! Normally, to restore services the entire past due balance would need to be paid to get you back up and running. If there is still a past due balance on your account, our team is unable to assist in restoring services. I would recommend checking to see if you are eligible for a payment arrangement.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I need to change an appointment address. You have mixed up my person and business addresses.
